Building, Victoria, aforesaid, the Petitioner's Solicitors in this matter, and I have the

conduct of this matter on behalf of the said Petitioner.

2. To the best of my knowledge information and belief the allegations contained in

the Petition of the said Petitioner to His Majesty in Council for the reversal of the

Judgment of the Full Court in Hong Kong delivered on the 15th day of October 1937 are true

in substance and in fact.

3. The facts came to my personal knowledge when acting as Solicitor for the Petitioner

in the Full Court in Hong Kong.
